Мне на почту (не в сообщениях эбэй) пришло письмо с текстом от продавца:

tracking number could not be traced beca­use I use economy sh­ipping service to se­nd the item
you do not worry, pa­ypal is highly secure payment and paypal guarantees 180 days if the item is not received, the payment will be returned in full to you
I hope you'll be pat­ient to wait for the item to get to your place
i have ask the shipp­ing company,if there is no obstacle in your item will arrive around 30 April 2017
