Начну рассказывать историю про общение с DJi

Официальный саппортер в чате отправил меня к продавцу на Алиэкспресс (тот пока молчит). Сказал что отправляй ему, а он уже с нами этот вопрос будет решать.

Параллельно я написал письмо в суппорт и получил ответ:

Связался с двумя центрами: http://www.dji.com/ru/service/repair/centers

От обоих отказ по причине того что покупал на Али и они не ростестовские

Пишу об этом в DJi и получаю ответ:

Hello,
We can't repair it, because we don't sell or shipping to russia. I'am sorry, but you have to discuss this with your dealer. 
If you bought from Aliexpress is your dealer Aliexpress. Of course, if you buy directly from an local dealer in russia you have an much better service. But you have to pay more for this better service.

В догонку: 

yes, our dealers sells and shipp in russia. But we (DJI) don't sell and ship to russian endcustomer.

An dealer:
1. Dont sell mavic, they sell an container with many mavics.
2. They have an in russia register Business in russia.

We havent sell you this product to endcustomers, have nor repair center in russia and we don't offer an global warranty. I'am sorry, but your information are wrong.
