I am terribly sorry to inform you that the drone acted as it should have.
When you started you did not wait for the home point to be recorded. With the strong interferrence of where you were flying the return-to-home fuction was activated and the copter attempted to return to the previsously recorded home point - which you can see is the same as the previous flight. When you look at the flight just before the flyaway you can see it is the same as the the home point when you first took off in the last flight. Once the copter is in the air it attempts to record the home point new but cannot as it is in the air and has a lot of interferrenc edue to the high trees and buildings around you.
I am sorry but DJI cannot give you a warranty service in this case.
